Reinforced 6th side grid
For less cylindrical bottles than traditional bottles, the reinforced 6th side gride will be the most appropriate.

Riddling doors
The riddling doors are the necessary 5th face to secure your sparkling bottles during riddling.
Sliding door
Composed of two half-doors that disassemble, the sliding door is adapted for automated bottles unloading, before disgorging. Locking handles ensure the closing of this door.
Boltable door
The 4 points door is composed of 2 lockable half-doors. It adapts to both manual and automatic process. The locking is ensured by a tightening key.
Spring door
The spring door is economical and fast to install. Made for a manual use, it doesn’t require any tool for its installation or uninstallation.

Attachments
Single attachment
The single attachment allows the hook prehension only to handle the TSR®.
Mixed attachment
The mixed attachment allows the hooks and forks prehension to handle the boxes and the TSR®. You have only to switch the attachment to use the one you want.
Our attachments are compatible for the boxes and TSR®.
Tilting chassis
The tilting chassis allows you to position easily the bottles in the box or TSR® for the storage and position it on rack. In untilting mode, once the clog positioned, remove the bottles safely.
Loading stirrup with toggle clamp
Designed to facilitate the installation of the spacer bar after loading the bottles, the loading stirrup requires few efforts thanks to the lever system.
Fraction kit
Ideal for riddling end-of-batch bottles !
The fraction kit is made for the riddling of incomplete riddling boxes. This allows you to stir 1, 2 or 3 rows of bottles. The fraction kit fits into the standard 504-bottle crate (box with skis).
The kit is composed of :
- a 6th side grid, which adapts to the layer of bottles ;
- elements to bolt on the standard box.
Enhancement kit
This enhancement kit is made for the automatic riddling of your corked bottles. Thanks to this kit you can riddle your corked and wired bottles in our Gyropalette®.
Place it on a monobloc standard riddling box or a TSR® container. Bolt the four enhancers on the sides, the bottom of the box and on the 4 points riddling gate.
